Parents this week we are going to learn how to create our own story book. Watch this video Making Books: A Kindergarten Minilesson with your child and then answer the questions in complete sentences in your composition book.

Language Arts

Parents watch this video Real or Make believe with your child. Then, help your child write about a time they made something up or did pretend play in their composition book in complete sentences. Be sure to tell us all the details such as the 5 w’s: who, what, when, where, and why.

Parents watch this video Just a Kid: UNICEF with your child.  Then, help your child to understand the power of freedom, what it is that drives them (what they are passionate about all individuals being able to have or do), and what they can do to help their cause. After brainstorming, write your thoughts in your composition book in complete sentences.
