WE ARE NOW AT THE END OF CHAPTER 1, HOW GEOGRAPHERS LOOK AT THE WORLD, BUT WE HAVE A GREAT DEAL TO DO AND CHECK ON BEFORE WE CAN MOVE TO CHAPTER 2.

THE FIRST ASSIGNMENT FOR TODAY IS TO GO TO THE GREEN TEXTBOOK.  ANSWER REVIEWING KEY TERMS, SECTION 1 AND GEOGRAPHY SKILLS HANDBOOK, #’S 1-11.  ANSWER IN COMPLETE SENTENCES WITH A COMPLETE HEADING IN YOUR BLUE SOCIAL STUDIES SPIRAL.

NEXT, ANSWER REVIEWING FACTS, SECTION 1 AND GEOGRAPHY SKILLS HANDBOOK, #’S 12-17.  ANSWER IN COMPLETE SENTENCES WITH A COMPLETE HEADING IN YOUR BLUE SOCIAL STUDIES SPIRAL.

IN THE TEXTBOOK/TEXTBOOK HANDOUT, FIRST, READ PAGES 15, 16, AND 17.  THEN, DEFINE THE FOLLOWING VOCABULARY WORDS:  GRIEVANCE, INTERFERE, LEGAL DOCUMENT, MINUTEMEN, ORGANIZE, PAMPHLET.  NEXT, ON PAGE 17, ANSWER THE LESSON 6, REVIEW AND WHAT DO YOU THINK, QUESTIONS #’S 1-7 IN COMPLETE SENTENCES.  FINALLY, READ PAGE 18, THE POLITICAL IDEAS OF JOHN LOCKE AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS #’S 1-5 AFTER THAT READING.  ALL WRITTEN WORK MUST BE TYPED OR IN YOUR BLUE SPIRAL WITH A COMPLETE HEADING FOR FULL CREDIT.
