Leopards and Jaguars

English and Social Studies

Good morning! Today the Leopards began their first narrative writing lesson. They read Beekle the Imaginary Friend and discussed one type of structure of narrative writing which is problem and solution. The Jaguars finished their writing from yesterday about what they did over winter break. In Social Studies, both groups continued previewing their respective upcoming units.

REMINDERS:

• It is important that your student come to school ON TIME. That is, before 8:30 so that they have time to settle in and write their homework.
• Please have your student come to school in P.E. clothes. If they come in uniform and require time to change, that time is taken out of their P.E. time.
