1. List the field events that take place during a track and field meet. (Mentioned in video)
2. What is the push exchange?
3. What are the commands before starting a race?
4. How many jumps do you get in the long jump event?

1. 100 meter run is an event when you run as fast as you can but is a long distance event.
2. 400 meter is a long distance running event and consist of running 4 times around the track.
3. 4 X 4 relay , each team member runs 1 full lap before handing the baton off to the next runner.
4. The mile run, each participant race 4 times around the track.
5. The 200 meter race starts on a straight away.
6. When throwing the shot-put, the ball rest against your chin before throwing it.
7. There is no such event as the soft ball throw in track and field.
