• When composing email in the SUBJECT area be sure to type Self Reflection for May 5, 2020. So that I know what you are emailing. Please don’t leave the SUBJECT blank.
• Mother’s Day is coming up on Sunday, May 10. So for this week we are going to take a break from Tinkercad and  learn how to make a Mother’s Day Slideshow video (or make a video for anyone that you want to celebrate, you might want to celebrate yourself). Initially, it may sound challenging but it will be FUN!!

• Starting today, you will email me DAILY video drafts of your progress and the FINAL video is due FRI. MAY 8, 2020.

B. Animoto 

1. If you have not already done so, use your school email to sign up for a free ANIMOTO account (where it says WHAT CAN WE HELP YOU MAKE VIDEOS FOR? Choose Education). If you have an iPad there is also an Animoto App.

2. Read the following article: How to Make a Mother’s Day Slideshow Video. You can also log into Animoto to follow along.

3. Try to visualize your end result and create a handwritten outline, draw or sketch a picture of what your video will look like (your ideas may change along the way and that is ok). Include the following:

1. 1. 1. What type of Template will you’ll use
      2. Photos or video clips (you don’t have to draw the pics unless you want to, just explain the type and or # of pics you’ll use)
      3. Colors
      4. Music
      5. Quotes or Favorite Sayings

4. Video #1 (first draft) – NEW 

Using your outline and/or picture from yesterday create your 1st draft of your video. (Please take your time this is not the final video and I will not accepting final videos today.)

5. Click on EXPORT (top right corner) then click the email button and send your 1st video draft to….
