This week, we are having to circle around to some basics but that is A-OKAY. That’s what happens when we get back from a long break:). Starting this marking period I will be raising my expectations for in class/ and homework assignments. I want to make sure that these kids are prepared & ready for 1st grade. 🙂
Please encourage your children to practice old/new spelling words every night. Check planner for a list of the words. This week I will be sending a list of words that students will be responsible for practicing through out the week. Also, this semester students grades will be impacted if they fail to bring their take-home folder & planner to school.
Everyday Reminders
1. Please make sure ALL belongings are labeled. Water bottles, uniforms, lunch boxes, etc.
2. Please don’t send your child with candy in their lunch boxes.
3. Always check your child’s take home folder for homework.
4. Please try and get your child to school on time. It throws off the whole morning when they are late…
